- Soil/Groundwater Contamination Assessment and Remediation: the urgent need for safe, clean groundwater is essential to cultivate our natural environment. We will test your property’s soil and groundwater and if there are contaminants present, we will remediate the source to remove any pollutants and harmful toxins.
- Water/Monitoring/Recovery Wells Installation: we are licensed in both Oregon and Washington State to install Water/Monitoring/Recovery Wells. It is an effective method to determine the physical and biological properties of groundwater, as well as remove harmful contaminants.
- Subsurface Investigation for Soil Matrix, Generic Remedy & Risk-Based Sites: with approval of current rules and regulations, homeowners and service providers can choose from 3 clean-up options after the contamination has been properly evaluated and assessed.
- Soil-gas and Ambient Air Sampling & Testing: we test soil samples for volatile organic compounds (VOCs), petroleum vapor intrusion (PVI), etc. We also collect ambient air samples for laboratory analysis, screening for air pollutants harmful to the eco-system and overall human health.
- Radon Testing, Monitoring & Mitigation: Radon gas is created by the decay of naturally occurring radium and uranium in the soil beneath you. Classified as a “Group A” carcinogen by the EPA, it has been known to cause lung cancers and other respiratory illnesses. Through our radon testing and mitigation process, we work to reduce radon concentrations from the breathing air of your property.
- Phase I / Phase II Environmental Site Assessments for Real Estates and Banks: we will prepare a report that identifies if a property has potential or existing environmental contamination liabilities by conducting due diligence, and sampling soil, air and groundwater.
- Demolition Hazardous Materials Sampling & Testing: we will determine if any waste, i.e. from demolition of building construction, is considered dangerous. If the waste is deemed dangerous based on our material sample test results, we will recommend proper hazardous waste management procedures to ensure it is stored, transported and disposed of safely.
- Excavation of Contaminated Soil and Tanks Removal: we will manage all aspects of contaminated soil & groundwater, soil profiling for disposal, and landfill permitting, specifically for situations where the contaminated soil/groundwater poses as an environmental or human health hazard.
